1986 Procards Waterloo Indians mixup

In the 1986 Procards Waterloo Indians minor league baseball set, card #25 is listed as Charlie Scott. The photo on the card does not match any other Charlie Scott cards. Are there any Indians fans who may know who the player is in the picture?

I'm only seeing one Charles Scott in baseball. There is a Charles Scott in basketball and he definitely does look different. ------------------------------- My two-cents is worth slightly more than a penny. -- Chad --

It's obviously a case of them putting the wrong player on the card. We did that at Star several times. Having never seen the guys, all it takes is one slip up, and boom, the set is off. Looks like ProCards only flubbed the one guy, which could have even been the team's fault. I added UER notation, but have no idea who is actually on the card.
