1984 Fleer Dune Non-Sport Forum

I finally finished adding missing scans for 1984 Fleer Dune.  I found a 1987 Fleer Dune Non-Sport set listed as well.  I did some research on the net and could find no evidence of the existance of the 1987 set.  Jeff Allender's web site lists the set as 1987 and this may be why the set is listed as 1987 also.  Unless someone knows of  the existance of  the 1987 set, I think Admin should delete it.

I'd say you're correct. All internet references and images for the 1987 Fleer Dune look like the 1984 Fleer Dune. With the exception of one ebay seller, the others that refer to 1987 are from Europe. I wonder if they weren't released in Europe until 1987?

The Lynch movie released in the English-speaking countries in December 1984, and in other countries in early 1985.  This set is definitely based on the Lynch movie.  Makes sense that the card release would correspond with the movie release.
