How do you go about getting both the 1998 Playoff Contenders Pennants, and Tickets, Registered Exchange Sets SN/51 included in the database?

I just noticed the1998 Playoff Contenders Tickets Registered Exchange Set SN/51. Not sure if it was recently added, or if I just missed it the first time. Either way Thank You.
