Daniel Poncedeleon pitched in Spring Training with the Cardinals this year, a year after getting hit in the head by a line drive comebacker that required brain and skull surgery. Korey Stringer died after a pre-season practice from heat stroke. | ||
Ted Williams had his body frozen, so they can bring him back to life later. In the meantime, his head has fallen off. So he could potentially make this list at a later date. | ||
