1. 2002-03 Topps #140 Mengke Bateer


Born in Mongolia, which is a part of China, Bateer played in the NBA from 2002 to 2004 with the Nuggets, Spurs, and Raptors and while he barely did anything in the NBA, he was on the 2002-03 Spurs team, so he owns and NBA Championship Ring.


2. 2008-09 SP Authentic - Destination Stardom #DS-27 Sun Yue


Born in China, Yue played in the NBA in the 2008-2009 season with the Lakers, in which he only played in 10 games and scored only 6 points. He also owns a Championship ring from the 08-09 Lakers team.


3. 2001-02 Topps #199 Wang Zhizhi


Born in China, Zhizhi played in the NBA from 2001 to 2005 with the Mavericks, Clippers, and Heat.


4. 2007-08 Topps #11 Yao Ming


The only Hall of Famer on this list, Yao Ming, who was born in China, played in the NBA from 2002 to 2011 all with the Rockets. He was an 8-time All-Star and also has his number 11 retired by the Rockets.


5. 2008-09 Topps #70 Yi Jianlian


Born in China, Yi played in the NBA from 2007 to 2012 with the Bucks, Nets, Wizards, and Mavericks. He is a lot more successful in China where he is a basketball legend in the CBA at the age of 29.


6. 2015-16 Hoops #166 Omri Casspi


The only active player on this list, Omri Casspi, born in Israel, has played in the NBA since 2009 with the Kings, Cavaliers, Rockets, the Kings again, and the Pelicans. He was the first Israeli to ever play in the NBA.


7. 2013-14 Panini #170 Gal Mekel


Born in Israel, Mekel played in the NBA during the 2013-14 season with the Mavericks and then the Pelicans, as well as spending time in the D-League. He currently plays for Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel.


8. 2004-05 Bazooka #217 Yuta Tabuse


Born in Japan, Tabuse played for the Suns in 4 games in the 04-05 season. Doing so, he became the first Japanese player in NBA history.


9. 2009-10 Topps #141 Hamed Haddadi


Born in Iran, Haddadi played in the NBA from 2008 to 2013 with the Grizzlies and the Suns. He is currently playing in CBA.


10. 2004-05 Bowman #121 Ha Seung-Jin


Born in South Korea, Ha played from 2004 through 2006 all with the Trail Blazers, and was the first player in NBA history from South Korea. Ha currently plays in the Korean Basketball League.
