Glen Rice, who had recently joined the Hornets via trade, led all scorers with 29 points.


2. 1995-96 Fleer #337 Patrick Ewing


Patrick Ewing led the Knicks with 26.


3. 1995-96 Collector's Choice #368 Larry Johnson


Larry Johnson would put up 22 points for the Hornets. He would join the Knicks via trade before the start of the 1996-97 season.


4. 1995-96 Stadium Club #255 Dell Curry


Dell Curry put 20 points on the board.


5. 1995-96 Upper Deck - Electric Court Gold #2 Hubert Davis


Hubert Davis was the second leading scorer for the Knicks, but he came off the bench. He outscored 6 starters, posting 14 points.


6. 1995-96 SP Championship #10 Kenny Anderson


Kenny Anderson also had joined the Hornets recently, he only had three cards as a Hornet in 1995-96. He added a dozen points.


7. 1995-96 Fleer #319 George Zidek


George Zidek also put up a dozen for the Hornets, off the bench.


8. 1995-96 Panini Stickers #81 Robert Parish


Ageless Robert Parish, who began his NBA career almost a decade before I was even born, started at center and put up 11 points.


9. 1995-96 Collector's Choice German II #66 Anthony Mason


Anthony Mason, who was traded for Larry Johnson, is the only player from my first game who has passed away, the result of a series of heart attacks. He scored 10 points that night.


10. 1995-96 Stadium Club #23 Darrin Hancock


Darrin Hancock scored 10 points off the bench for the Hornets. He only got two cards in 1995-96.
