My Completed Oddballs, Promos and Team Setsby Billy Kingsley - 211 cards (Last updated on Jan 14, 2023) |
1. 1961 Milton Bradley American Heritage Automobiles #17 1910 Buick Model 10 Toy Tonneau
There were four American Heritage sets issued in 1961. I really love these postcard sized cards, and consider the missing sets (aircraft and trains) as some of my most wanted items. |
3. 1977 Wonder Bread Star Wars #4 Han Solo
I had this Han Solo card that my brother got new, but it got severely damaged in a flood in 2015. So I bought a complete set to replace it. |
4. 1981 K.F. Byrnes Fire Department #22 4th of July Parade
At a diecast show in New Jersey, they were giving these sets out to anyone who wanted them. I got all three sets that way. |
8. 1993 Maxx Hot Wheels 25th Anniversary #4 1971 Evil Weevil
One of the very, very times Maxx produced something besides racing. |
9. 1993 McDonald's Racing Champions #13 Hamburglar
I bought these all at my local Kmart in 1993. Nowadays I probably wouldn't have purchased them. |
10. 1995 Topps MasterVisions Star Wars #4 Art By John Van Fleet
These are among the largest cards I know of, full page sized. |

Billy, I don't like your lists....they make me want to buy more cards. Because of you I now have a binder full of Church & Dwight Soda cards. Seriously though, great collection. I love the Star Wars / Marvel sets. BTW....I have some extra Church & Dwight "Usefull Birds of America" cards. There yours if you want them as apprection for introducing me to the series. Send me a PM with your address if you want them.
Wow, defininitely, thank you Chad!
I'm with you on that Ultimate hockey set. I bought a box of the bilingual version. Terrible in every way. I like how, for that "action" card of Matvichuk, they didn't even bother to put the "opponent" in a different color uniform.
I think I read somewhere that one of the players didn't even show up, and they had a different guy wear his name on the back and showed a back shot. That's just sad. The Original 6 set they did was so much better. |
