Ward proclaimed that he "deserved to" be a first-rounder prior to the 1994 NFL Draft, he stated that he would not consider playing in the NFL unless selected in the first round of the 1994 NFL Draft. He went undrafted and went to the NBA.

In his rookie season he rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored 10 touchdowns. But injuries, fumbles, and marijuana use led to problems in his short career.

At 28 years old, the oldest person to win the Heisman Trophy. Served mostly as a backup with only two wins in his entire career.

Manziel has talent, but he needs to more logical in his decisions outside of football to truly get a chance to even display his true ability.

In Bellino's defense, you should note that after graduating from the Naval Academy, he had to serve 5 years in the Navy before going into the pros.

Would Herschel Walker count for this list? While I thought he was okay, I think he never lived up to his full potential.

Really cool list. The only disagreement I have is Vinny Testaverde. Sure he wasn't an elite talent but he was a very solid QB for 21 seasons and that is why he stuck around so long. If a team needed a veteran backup or a starter who could hold his own while they prep a young QB, Vinny was their man.
