New People Added to my collection in 2015by Billy Kingsley - 168 cards (Last updated on Dec 31, 2015) |
1. 1996-97 Hoops #294 Mark Hendrickson
A one-hit wonder! He had only one card issued from his NBA career. I got it on January 1st, 2015, a good way to start the year. |
2. 1990-91 Kayo Seattle SuperSonics #2 Scott Meents
Another One-Hit Wonder! They couldn't even bother to spell his name right on the card. |
3. 2014-15 Panini Prizm #288 Russ Smith
The Pelicans have since traded Smith away. Currently with the Memphis Grizzlies. |
6. 1991-92 Fleer #349 Rex Hughes
Yet another One-Hit Wonder, I got this card in trade from fellow Database member Collect-A-Set. |
7. 1997-98 Hoops #190 James Collins
2015 is the year of One-Hit Wonders, it seems! Collins received only one card of his NBA career, though like Hendrickson above, had several college issues. They, however, don't count. I received this card in trade from fellow Database member cabz05 |
8. 1974-75 Topps #179 Wil Robinson
No danger here, I received this card along with many others from blogger friend Mark Hoyle. Robinson is a one-hit wonder. |
9. 1974-75 Topps #202 Willie Long
The Nuggets used to be the Denver Rockets, so when they switched names, Topps put the new name but left the Denver flag that separated the ABA's Denver Rockets from the NBA's Houston Rockets. |
10. 1974-75 Topps #244 Wendell Ladner
Always good to get a new player for the Nets. Of course, back in the ABA days, I was not yet a fan...as this card was issued ten years before I was born. |
