1990-91 Pro Set
Trivia |
- Print advertisement for Series 2 featured multiple cards on fire over a mound of ice and the tagline, "Get 'Em 'Cause They're Hot!"
- A standard pack contains 15 cards.
- There were over 100 errors in this set.
- This was the largest set released until 2008-09 O-Pee-Chee.
- Series 2 cards were cut backside up, while series 1 cards were cut conventionally (front side up)
- The famous "Stanley Cup mark" seen in the Aaron Broten card was made by a rubber roller moving a not yet dried sheet of cards. This mark can be seen in other cards in the set (Moe Mantha, etc) and has recently been found in at least one series 2 card as well (but the mark is on the front as those sheets were printed backside up).
