• Topps offered a special promotion in which collectors were guaranteed to receive $100 on complete sets. To qualify, collectors had to mail in the request form found in packs along with a $5 processing fee by December 31, 1996. They would then receive a $100 certificate, which they needed to mail back with their completed set to receive the prize money.
