National Sea Products Ltd., producer and manufacturer of High Liner brand fish products, produced a 15-card, standard-size set of the Greatest Goalies of the NHL, a follow-up to High Liner's 28-card 1992-93 Stanley Cup Centennial set. Specially marked packages of High Liner frozen fish products contained one card. Collectors could also order the complete set through a mail-in offer as outlined on the inside of the specially marked High Liner packages. The set was made from white card stock and was primarily devoted to goalies that have won the Vezina Trophy, the NHL's top annual award for goaltenders. The fronts featured white-bordered color player action shots, with the player's name, team and, season printed in white within a blue band at the bottom. The logo, with Greatest Goalies printed in French and English, appeared in the lower left. The white back had a color posed player head shot in the upper left, with the player's name in orange lettering alongside to the right. A biography, stat table, and career highlights were printed in English and French. The High Liner, NHLPA, and NHL logos on the bottom rounded out the card.
