- The 1954 Archives insert set contains 3 cards that complete the 1994 Topps Archives '54 Reprint set #1-259.
- Nolan Ryan was originally part of the group of players to sign cards to be inserted in packs, but he and Upper Deck couldn't agree to terms, so Upper Deck had George Brett sign an additional 1000 copies of his card instead.
