Set: 2016 Topps - 65th Anniversary (Rate)

Card: #125 Zack Greinke / Jake Arrieta / Clayton Kershaw

“ League leader cards are awesome! At least one set per year should have them. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Nice. Haven't seen a trio card as a card of the day too often. Somehow I like the look of this card. ” -Duke

“ I was about to say this is a good looking Topps set then the 65th Anniversary hit me and I realized it was another one of the lazy parallels that Topps does. Throw a foil 65th Anniversary on an existing card and boom you have a parallel set. Topps has to be the laziest card company ever. ” -davidhandberry

“ Sign that we're in the modern era. WHIP leaders card. ” -rmitchell6700

“ Why does this card remind me of Devo? ” -DanD

“ I was never a huge fan of leaders cards because I don't like shared cards but it carries on a long tradition of league leader cards with a modern look. I am perfectly fine with the back and always have liked to see the top 10 leaders list on this sort of card. Overall, I think this is a very respectable modern card. ” -BSwagger

“ League Leader cards. As a kid I hated the things. Learned to like them over the years. In modern years they are vastly different than in vintage days (isn't everything in this hobby?) Part of it is I don't like horizontal (landscape) cards. I know many collectors love them because many action photos look better landscaped. I still am a little hung up about the landscaping. ” -captkirk42

“ That’s a lot of good pitchers on one card. lol ” -muskie027

“ Pretty nice trio of pitchers ” -kirkscards

“ Do I have a TCDB addiction? The first thing I did was fix the team links and then fix the rest of the set LOL! ” -rmpaq5

“ I love league leader cards. ” -switzr1

“ Love anniversary cards. ” -Kirbythedodger

Set: 2002 Fleer Genuine - Reflection Ascending (Rate)

Card: #92 Marvin Minnis

“ I like it because it's a numbered parallel. Set design is rather forgettable- it was used in the NBA as well. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Snoop a Loop ” -Alomar_Collector

“ Mixed feelings. I'm not a big fan of american football and card (or scan) is not very attractive. But nice numbered. Although I prefer SN to be in front. ” -Duke

“ It's..."Genuine NFL 2002". As opposed to? The ill-themed "Inauthentic NFL 2001" version that didn't go over well with collectors the year before. On a more serious note: I think its tight to have the player colored, back ground black, but picture overlapping the bottom border. Makes it look like Ol' Marvin is coming at ya! ” -Sonofearl

“ What a great name! The card ain’t bad either. ” -IfbBirdsCards

“ I like this design. I don't recall seeing it before. OK cons on front player's name should be 10 times easier to read than the brand/set name, had to enlarge picture to even read team name, and then player's name, still couldn't read first name but sort of can read last name. UGH foil lettering is my nemesis (more so as I get older). Back a little better. Seems to be a rookie with just one year of pro experience. Wouldn't mind having his college stats since he is a rookie. ” -captkirk42

“ Too much border on the bottom of the front and it could be the scan but I find the lettering difficult to read. Overall I would say the front is average. Similar with the back with 20% of what I consider bordering. A very average card. ” -BSwagger

“ The font of the W of WR hurts my eyes. ” -vanstryland

Set: 1990 Target Dodgers (Rate)

Card: #1039 Gary Moore

“ I love comprehensive team sets like this. If I was a Dodgers fan, I would have spent a lot of time at Target in 1990. ” -switzr1

“ This is the second time I have seen a card for this set and both times I have thought the same thing, I wish Target had done this for other teams, especially the Braves. I like this set and wish there was one for the team I collect. ” -davidhandberry

“ Nice commemorative set for a team's history. Also a very large set at over 1,000 cards (1,095). If I were a Dodgers team collector this set would drive me nuts trying to complete, I would just buy a complete set and be done with it. Not sure what card maker produced these for Target, but they have that 1980s TCMA "All-Time Team" feel with a touch of 1981-83 Donruss. I think they attempted to have a card every player who ever wore a Dodgers uniform at the time of production. ” -captkirk42

“ Looks like a mugshot. Good job cropping out the ID number and airbrushing a stadium over the height markers. ” -dilemma19

“ I wish there were every so often update sets made to these sets. How many were made over the years? Dodgers, Mets, Yankees did one of sorts with sets of their rosters in each decade from 1950-1989, Orioles, Brewers, Rangers (not sure if those SGA sets included Browns, Piolts and Senators)..,any others? ” -stevejrogers

“ Ok...there literally are more than 1,000 cards in this set. ” -vanstryland

“ Not the first Gary Moore I think of. ” -chvlDm

“ I think one of these was on the RCOTD somewhat recently. Interesting concept for a set. ” -muskie027

Set: 2002 Pacific Private Stock Reserve - Retail (Rate)

Card: #140 Cliff Russell

“ The 'li'in Clint and the "ll" in Russell seem to merge together. Other than that an okay card. ” -John Kerry

“ I didn't know Pacific hired Piet Mondrian to design a set of football cards. I've been staring at it for several minutes, and I have grown to like it. ” -switzr1

“ I'm pretty sure I saw this same design, minus the football player, in the floor tile section at Home Depot a few years ago! ” -Billy Kingsley

“ How utterly boring, glad I don’t collect this set, too much colours in the empty spaces ” -aussiewayne

“ In some ways, I'm glad I scaled back in collecting football at this time. This looks horrible. ” -jupiterhill

“ The front of this card was obviously based off of the bus from the Partridge Family. ” -Gunny

“ 2002? How about 1969 The Partridge Family. Hehehe. Is it my imagination or is the foil lettering on the front blurry but the rest of the scan is sharp? Back looks all sharp must be the foil scanned weird. ” -captkirk42

“ I like the front of this card a lot. Name. Position. 2002 draft pick... Solid card. 10/10 ” -Soldan

“ is he playing Parchesi? ” -NJDevils

“ Pretty cool looking card. Panini could hire them. ” -parsley24

“ Very Red, White and Blue, especially says he was a Utah player. I don't remember Utah's colors ever looking like this. ” -muskie027

“ I really like the back of this card. The front, however, not so much. It has a "Tron meets football" vibe, which sounds like it would be awesome, but is actually just ugly. ” -LordKinbote

“ Why is Piet Mondrian's artwork a backdrop for this disaster of a card design? Seriously this is awful. And no logos on a College Card? This may be the worst card and set ever produced. ” -rmpaq5

Set: 2005-06 Upper Deck Ice (Rate)

Card: #22 Joe Sakic

“ Ice is normally a favorite set of mine but this design is really bland, although I would not say it's bad. I'm not too familiar with that alternate uniform, but I have learned that Joe Sakic is probably the best player in that franchise's history. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Not a hockey collector, but I always thought the Ice cards were cool. ” -cjjt

“ Very nice card. Just the basics on the front. Good job. ” -NJDevils

“ I get the idea here, but there’s a lot of white space here. ” -IfbBirdsCards

“ Nice looking card. It reminds me of a basketball card made by Fleer, maybe in the late 90s ” -switzr1

“ Now here is a nice looking hockey card when using a computer background. It has Sakic, a HOF calibre player and decent looking info on the back. All in al a solid 7+. ” -ranfordfan

“ Great player, and surprisingly, I like this card despite it having characteristics I normally do not like. ” -muskie027

“ The front is good. The back is perfection. I love when card companies in football and hockey put an unmasked/helmeted photo on the card and the back on this card is a great clear photo of the player and everything about the design of the back looks great. ” -davidhandberry

Set: 2018 RRParks Mystery Science Theater 3000 Series One - Anaglyph 3D Card (Rate)

Card: #5 Movie Scene

“ Having never seen the show, I have no idea what's the story behind this card. However, I believe it is the first 3D card of the day ever. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Not worthy of comment. ” -C2Cigars

“ Wow, that's something alright. ” -switzr1

“ Good thing I'm not heavily medicated, seeing this anteater man thing-hybrid. I like the card and the show. ” -ShoTime

“ I just can't give this card a big enough NO. Sorry to any fans of this card but it is just horrible in every way to me. ” -davidhandberry

“ TRUMPY! You can do stupid things! ” -Gunny

“ Trumpy can do stupid things - in 3D! lol, in all seriousness, I had no idea they did an MST3K card set, I'll have to look into these! ” -AtarianX

“ Best TV show of all time. ” -wax_house

“ YIKES!! ” -ranfordfan

“ Nice MST3 card. Ugh would be nice if they had identified which bizzarro movie the image was from. ” -captkirk42

“ This picture is freakie. ” -deporcoruña

“ "Han Shot First!" "Does this poor photography make my nose look big?" "Before Nick Saban, Alabama was looking for new ways to excite their fans, like the poorly thought out elephant man mascot." ” -Sonofearl

Set: 1997-98 Finest (Rate)

Card: #110 Austin Croshere

“ The only thing fine about this card is the protective film is still attached. Too busy on the front, the back actually looks a little better, but the stat line looks cheap. ” -Doc Floyd

“ The late 90's were a weird time for sports cards. If his background wasn't so dark I think this card would look pretty good but black and tan on brown is just too dismal. The back looks much better to me. ” -davidhandberry

“ reminds me of the old john madden miller lite commercials. major dislike of the card number location in the lower right ” -stchazjojo4kharvick

“ Nice crashing through the paper design. I do like some of the concepts and looks of many of Topps Finest sets but I don't like that they are all chrome. Many of these sets like this one appear dark to begin with and then when they get scanned they appear even darker. *Heavy Sigh* ” -captkirk42

“ I really liked the two years of Finest where they had the themes. This was the second of the two years, the first year had borders. I'm not sure which I like more. Unfortunately some are starting to turn green. Luckily the scan here has not turned yet. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Unfamiliar with the Finest line. Not bad. ” -muskie027

“ Very nice Pacers card. I don't have it. I actually crossed Austin's path at the Indy airport once. So tall. ” -switzr1

Set: 1967 Sports Service Detroit Tigers (Rate)

Card: #NNO Willie Horton

“ It's fine. ” -switzr1

“ Arguably the most beloved Tiger of all time. ” -rmpaq5

“ I don't know exactly what size/kind of card this is I'm looking at, but I like it. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Very simple but a great picture, looks more like an art picture than a baseball card. Besides the picture it is very bland but if it were a Braves player I would jump at this set. ” -davidhandberry

“ Willie Horton was an underrated ball player. ” -kirkscards

“ I guess it's nice. ” -Kirbythedodger

“ Opened this page with my mouse hovering over the picture so when it first loaded I saw the blank back and thought the page was still loading for the first 1 or 2 seconds. Cool vintage love team photo sets from the '60s. Slightly odd that it is oriented horizontally as these type of photos were usually headshots. ” -captkirk42

“ beautiful old school card. love it ” -parsley24

Set: 2008 Topps Cleveland Browns (Rate)

Card: #11 Martin Rucker

“ I really like when football players get a picture without their helmet. I feel like most football players are basically anonymous because they are always in helmets. ” -davidhandberry

“ It may not seem like it, but this card proves one thing we all questioned... The Browns do practice. ” -Sonofearl

“ AH 2008 Topps. The "Circus" Design. Back is pretty much Standard Topps from sometime since early 2000s, Front as this is a team set the colors are dependent the team colors as to how well they contrast with the printing. In this case not that well at least from a scanning point. I thought it a Chrome version at first. I keep forgetting which years Topps did special team sets, and they have pretty much done them every year for several years in recent decades. ” -captkirk42

“ I have a couple from the Cowboys version of this set. I am a huge fan of team releases. ” -Tylergallo

“ this card is in a subset, the base set used a white border ” -Thunderfoot

“ This is a Topps set that I don't think I've ever seen before. ” -switzr1

“ I think I'm one of the handful of people on the globe who doesn't hate the '08 Topps design. At least it seems that way from reading blogs, etc. ” -mkaz80

“ There are only certain teams i think this card looks good for, the seahawks and the pats. THis doesnt work for the browns. ” -parsley24

Set: 1990 Donruss (Rate)

Card: #344 Chuck Finley

“ Interesting trivia ... Finley is the only pitcher to have 4 strikeouts in one inning more than once... and he did it 3 times. ” -Splinter_9

“ First, the card. Being a diner guy, the border reminds me of terrazzo flooring. I can't say anything bad about a guy named Chuck. Married to the Whitesnake video babe, Tawny Kitaen. That was until she beat/kicked him with her high heels ” -C2Cigars

“ In terms of the card designs from Donruss' Ugly Period, I still rank this one ahead of '88 and '89, but a notch below '91. (Ugly or not, I still collect 'em all, but just sayin'...) ” -mkaz80

“ Poor Chuck Finley, a very good pitcher for many years, but the only thing he is remembered for now is being attacked with a shoe by Tawny Kitaen while they were married. ” -davidhandberry

“ Where are the fans? ” -Billy Kingsley

“ One of the infamous 1990s overproduction era sets that everyone loves to hate. When these first came out I didn't mind them then around 2004 when I "returned" to the hobby I started to hate on them simply because they were in the midst of the Overproduction Era of the mid 1980s to mid 1990s (in some ways I don't think that era ever stopped). I like this set again. I like the simplicity and that it is one of the last regular sets before they started putting foil lettering on everything. I wonder how many people confuse Chuck here with the Oakland A's Owner Charlie O Finley who experimented with having Orange Baseballs for night games in the early '70s? I was wondering if he was somehow related. I don't think they are. ” -captkirk42

“ I love this set, kinda fancy ” -Tylergallo

“ The "recent major league performance" was always a poor idea. I love seeing which minor league teams the guy played for and how well or poorly he did in his rookie year. ” -NJDevils

“ 9 complete games and a 2.57 ERA in 1989 and not a single vote in that year's Cy Young. That's pretty crazy. Can't miss the iconic red border. ” -vanstryland

“ Burn Notice has forever changed the way I think of Chuck Finley. ” -jupiterhill

“ always loved the black/gray/brown, speckles on the sides of this set ” -Thunderfoot

“ 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 of these? Who knows. I still have unopened rack packs! Of all the Donruss sets from their first 10 years, this one probably aged the second worst (1981 wins, or loses, depending on your perspective). At least this card has a very nice photo and has a pitcher who was really good for a couple seasons. ” -vrooomed

“ Shame that this set is considered junk, for I like it. Overproduced, but decent design. The back is great--lots of stats, lots of information, including how acquired. ” -cjjt

“ Yes, yes, yes!!! YOU may call it junk, but I call it glorious! I love my 80's and 90's cards!!! ” -muskie027

“ Oh... um... Hi 1990 Donruss... How long have you been standing there? No, we weren't talking about you.... Hey how is your son, 2016 Football? He's a real chip off the old block. ” -LordKinbote
