Year: 2003-04
Set: E-X (Rate)
Card: #4 Ron Artest
“ It really doesn't show in the scan (I think this one is mine but I can't remember) but the card is printed on clear plastic, with two holofoil cardboard pieces attached to the top. It looks a lot better in person. ” -Billy Kingsley
“ November 19, 2004. The brawl between the Pistons & Pacers. Artest went up into the stands against the Piston fans. Ugly day. Ironically now his name is Metta World Peace. Go figure! ” -Kaline6
“ A really nice scan for a transparent card. Metta World Peace would be proud! ” -carthage44
“ Oh its an acetate card. Nice looking front, surprised that the back has stats on this type of card. ” -captkirk42
“ This probably looks super cool in person. Heck, even the scan is sweet. I love the contrast between the front and the back. ” -wax_house
“ Pretty decent. No glaring omissions, nothing hideous. In my opinion, an original and well-designed card with a bit of flair. Two thumbs up. I wonder why Fleer couldn't put out more interesting baseball designs between 1981-1993?!? (maybe their dry spell went even longer, but that's when I took a collecting hiatus) ” -dilemma19
“ The EX sets were so weird (baseball too). Don't like the stats on two different lines. Sorry this set doesn't appeal to me. ” -Mihome316
“ As a Pacers fan, I will decline to comment on Ron Artest. ” -switzr1
“ I'm not into NBA, but I do remember that Pistons and Pacers fight. That was some crazy stuff! I think this guy was in the middle of it or something. As for the card, what is that supposed to be on the back?? A shadow? A mannequin? ” -RoyalChief
“ Excellent use of white space on the front and clear space on the back! ” -UKboogie
