Year: 2001-02

Set: Topps High Topps - Above and Beyond (Rate)

Card: #AB1 John Stockton

“ I assume this is talking about Stockton's shorts length. ” -sahal694

“ The High Topps set featured metallic white borders, but nothing I tried would make that show. This was the 6th and thankfully final "tall boy" set issued for the NBA. Stockton was/is the greatest point guard in history. All time leader in both steals and assists, the only player to lead two of the main statistical categories in the NBA. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Best PG of all time? My list is Magic, Stockton, Isaiah (the original, although version 2.0 is getting really good), Robertson, and Westbrook. ” -Brimose

“ I like the card but do not like the "Above and Beyond" font. ” -NJDevils

“ Really dislike the over-sized cards. ” -carthage44

“ LOL at the set title "Topps High Topps" What Converse made trading cards Hehehe. Oh alright time to get serious. I'm guessing this is standard tall boy size? Difficult to read player name and I'm guessing the team name is below the player name. Topps logo blends in as well is it also in foil like the name(s)? What is that blue basketball thing a logo for the set. Oh it looks like it is an extension of the "Above and Beyond" title logo on the card. Ugly with a capital UGH. Back is actually pretty good. I'm guessing the PAR stats there are the reason for the set or is it a sub-set of some kind? ” -captkirk42

“ Is it futuristic, or is it retro? I can't decide! ” -dilemma19

“ Nice shot ” -Bargunmaster

A tagline of "The future of tomorrow, today" seems appropraite.  This feels like a 1960s space race era rendering of how the 21st century may appear.
