Random Card of the Day

TNG is still the best Star Trek series ever, but "Discovery" is getting pretty interesting. This could easily be one of my scans, but it's not b/c it was already here when I added the card to my PC.

There is a misconception here for non-fans though. The set for Season 5 is NOT 500+ cards. The card number represents the season. This was a continuation set with 2 sets made each year for 2 different seasons. Look at the checklist! I have most of the season sets now. But I'm still missing some. I also have some that are still missing scans on here. I plan to add them soon.

Of all the random cards to have missed. How did I miss this one? And on a Monday. OH I remember last Monday 30 Oct I was off work and for some reason didn't check the database. :( Anyway I loved Ensign Ro for many reasons. She was the first Bajoran ever in the series/trek universe. Rumor has it when they were designing costumes etc. for the Bajorans for Deep Space Nine the wardrobe staff based the desgins from photo of Ensign Ro for makeup and the earring with the lobe clamp. They ended up putting the earring on the right for all Bajorans since it was on Ro's "right" ear which was actualluy her left ear that was showing on the right in the photo.

I have no idea what any of that meant, Captain.  But you're the captain, so you have to know that stuff!

I didn't know that Capt. DS9 is my 2nd favorite series and then the original series. I never got to see the original series until BBC America started airing them last year. Still doesn't top TNG and DS9 though. I still haven't seen all of the TOS movies either. I've seen all of the ST movies from Star Trek Generations (1994) to present. I think the only movie from TOS that I've seen was #4.
