Year: 1996

Set: Classic Clear Assets (Rate)

Card: #69 Ricky Craven

“ I think the NASCAR segment of this set may be the only one that was professional...I loved this concept as I love all clear plastic cards, but the execution left much to be desired. He may be the first NASCAR driver to appear on a Card of the Day more than once. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ As much as I like these clear acetate cards, the design limits what can be printed on the back. His look would have been very "rad" in 1990, but perhaps out of style in 1996. ” -dilemma19

“ Is this one of the first prelude to an acetate cards. Either way it is horrible. ” -parsley24

“ looks like an acetate card from a Racing set. I guessed it was racing based on his jacket and what little words are superimposed behind him. Neat looking card but rotten design. At least show a car or incorporate something with car racing into the design, a checkered flag, or steering wheel, tire, "x" shaped lug wrench hubcaps something that remotely hints at car racing. ” -captkirk42

“ Not my thing. Assuming it looks better in hand. ” -muskie027
