Random Card of the Day

Year: 2011-12

Set: Panini Certified - Fabric of the Game (Rate)

Card: #76 Max Pacioretty

“ Not a bad card. You know with this type of card you are going to lose space in the front. Give then that they only had half the card to work with the picture is pretty good. The stripe with the piece of fabric actually seems to complement the rest of the card. The back isn't bad either. ” -John Kerry

“ Leaf Certified has always been a favorite of mine. Nice colors. ” -KMack

“ I believe this is the second straight day with a game used card. This one is miles ahead of the one the day before. If this was a baseball card I would definitely want a card from this set. The only problem I have is with how low the number of cards is. I miss the days where you could presumably collect all the cards for a team or player, now with 1/1s and even /25s it is impossible. ” -davidhandberry

“ Not only 2 MEM cards back-to-back, but NHL MEM cards! At least today's jersey swatch stands out. However, there is way too much wasted space on the front and the same photo on the back. ” -vrooomed

“ The inserts in Certified scan better than the base cards. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Nice. A classic Panini design, is a clean looking relic card. SN to 25 so a rare one to boot. I miss Panini's hockey products. ” -ranfordfan

“ I'm not that much into memorabilia cards ,but I like this one. Pacioretty was great with the Habs ,I just wish his time there had of ended under better circumstances. ” -uncaian

“ Good color scheme. I like it. ” -parsley24

“ Another MEM card! Crap design. I hate same front & back pictures. ” -cjjt

“ Nice #d relic card. Clean look. Don't like the vertical lettering but other than that it is OK. Can't say much about team or player since I don't follow either. ” -captkirk42

“ Would love to see Panini come back to the hockey card business, they did some pretty cool stuff a few years back. On the downside, this card being numbered to 25 I would have loved to seen a more special piece/swatch on the card. Still looks good though... ” -rmitchell6700

“ I've done a complete 180 on MEM cards in the last year, so I like this card. ” -switzr1

“ One of the better modern day Habs. Not a bad card. I loved the older Sabres-Canadians playoff matches in the late 80's early 90's. ” -muskie027

“ Wow, is this 2 hockey MEM cards in a row? ” -rmpaq5

“ I really like how the red, white and blue look on this card. This works for me. ” -FiresNBeers

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

Overall, good looking card. I don't like the change in directions of the font. Seems like they could have used the blank space to write out the name horizontal and add the team logo.
