This was my gateway drug to card collecting too, although in Australia they were marketed as Garbage Gang Kids and manufactured by Regina. I remember they were 40c a pack for 3 stickers and a stick of chewy. Ahhh the memories. I still buy the odd one from online (even though i have each sticker from the 4 series released in Australia and New Zealand) and prices are going through the roof.

A wonderfull trading card all around! Not only is it Grant Ant, but on the back you get the impossible to find missing piece. If only all cards were this exciting!

I don't mind them but prefer the older original 1980s ones. That reminds me someday I should recheck what I have of those and figure out a strategy to get the rest for cheep. Original GPKs ain't cheep no more.

@Billy If you do get some sent to you I'll take them off your hands.

Great timing as I just dragged my old GPKs out of the back of the closet over the weekend. I loved these when I was a kid but they don't do it for me any more; they will probably end up on my trade list soon.

It just somehow speaks to me. Should I be overly concerned at that ?? smiley

I used to have a ton of these as a kid. I may have even enjoyed them more than my baseball cards. I still have a few in a binder. Baseballs greatest grossouts were cool too.  I still have a couple full sets.  It has crossed my mind to get some of the newer stuff but I don't think it will happen...I enjoy the cheap wax era of the 80's & 90's easy and cheap to obtain.

Tony Gwynn faced Greg Maddux a total of 107 times, more than any other pitcher during his career. He batted .415 and never struck out.
