Probably because that post is over 2 years old...

This is why I would like to see non-active members (not logged in for over a year or what Admin think is good) have their collection hidden from active members viewing.   Each member now can do it themselves.  Their name also could be put in a different color (red) so then you see it in the forum you know not to reply to it.    If you are gone for a year and come back.  When you log in it will move everything back.

I have messaged Admin about this and did a new feature.   Then new feature was removed, and Admin is no for this ideal. (At that time 2 years ago)
