Why isn’t the 2011-12 Daniel Alfredsson card not an UER card?

Hey guys I got some new cards today ( major thanks to andres79 for them), one question though. Why is the Daniel Alfredsson card (#6) that is in the 2011-12 Score set not a UER? Because in the little box that should talk about Alfredsson being the first Senator to 1000 points, it talks about the 2010 NHL Premiere that he was not apart of.

It probably hasn't been reported until you made this post right now. I've found a few errors that had been unreported as well but none in hockey, yet.
