I've met Joe (W) and Joe (L) in south jersey as well. (Met DaClyde in AL.) It was great to meet a fellow trader the legendary Sportscommish and glad the goods are going to a good home. As for the photo op- we should have, next time for sure, throwback variation. And if I had only known Bobzcards..LBI was the destination, Beach Haven every summer growing up, it was great to be back. I remember buying 1973 Topps last series down there, my Dad was a fan of going in late summer after the crowds were gone. Hasn't changed much. Meet up at the September Philly show at Valley Forge Casino!

grote 15, let me know when you are in the area, no problem for me to meet up over a cold one and a trade. I used to trade with a guy from NY, on his way to AC we would meet in a 7-11 Parking lot and trade over 20 sets and lots of football cards. I met bkim and NJDevils at Miss T's softball games, they came to watch her play and meet. I wasn't joking about a local directory for face-to-face trading and BSing. Sportscommish lives in Tx but seems he's always in Jersey. lol, ~BOB~

Yeah, Texas is still home, but I come to help with a family matter that requires me to come often. Currently my schedule will call for me to stay about 10 days in Jersey, then 4 in Texas, and continue that for awhile. I retired so that I could do that.

I get a break every once in awhile to get some card activities in. My primary stash is back in Texas, though, which makes for trading a bit hard, but with all the '88 - '90s cards I got from Grote15 I'll keep busy sorting, logging, and maybe arranging trades from here.

I like Bob's idea of an area directory. Anyone around St. Louis? I'm not retired, so my "meeting" times are limited but fellow TCDB guys and gals are welcome. kcjays / Merlin

I just moved from the Hannibal area, but was in St. Louis this past weekend for a concert and Reds-Cardinals. I'll keep you in mind next time I'm down!

If anyone is up in the Northwest Indiana/Southwest Michigan area, let me know. Or anyone in SE Michigan, I'll be there Friday

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like?
