I am still relatively new and I had my first transaction offer. I was wondering how the transaction part of this site works? What does each part mean? Are they asking for all of the cards listed? Or are they asking me to pick one?

The offer, in my experience, has always meant "you give all the cards on your side and I'll give all the cards on my side".  But transactions here are never a "take it or leave it" proposition (unless, I guess,  if someone were to explicitly say "take it or leave it" but I can't say I've ever experienced that).

But more than anything I've said so far... open up a dialog with your trading partner! Let them know your thoughts. If you're able to work something out, great! If not,  then no hard feelings and there's always next time. 

All of the cards listed are what they would like to trade. If you want to change something you can use the counter function to add or remove cards. I find most traders are more than happy to help you out if you have questions. Look over the trade as is and send a message to the other person with your questions or concerns. If you’d feel more comfortable asking a third party I’d be willing to help you out also
