This is what I will be using to hold my cards that are going to be in inventory.... Link

the shelves are 4 1/2 inches tall. when you have you card box on its side it is 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide allowing 12 800 count boxes per shelf for a total of 156 boxes 124K cards.... I might need more shelves

Not to burst the bubble, but these look like the shelves that collapsed with my cards. I switched to the heavy duty kitchen shelves on wheels, also plenty of breathing room. I'm also hoping your not making a mistake with an outside shed. Just too many environmental factors could cause catastrophy. Cards all packed to together are also prone to mold and mildew. When I moved I was having a crisis, because my cards were stacked in the garage until I environmentally setup the basement. Just be weary....and careful.

My sets are stored in the appropriate count BCW boxes and then in plastic tubs..

I'd also be concerned with storing cards "outside" due to temperature swings and humidity changes..I bought a lot of cards last year and some of the cards were stuck together, like bricks, not sure what happened but I'm thinking it was humidity..These were not your standard cardboard cards though..

Space quickly becomes an issue once the card bug has bit..I'd also ask you to think about if you ever plan on moving in the future because after I had bought close to a million cards (about a year ago), I got an out of state job offer and suddenly had a lot of cards to decide what to do quickly..I ended up selling a big chunk of them but still moved close to 150K cards for which my moving help (in laws) loved hefting around...

Yes, be sure to check the load rating.

The shed is insulated and has a/c and heat... I will keep it at 72 degrees in the summer and winter.

That sucks about the shelf... just thought it would be easier to use but that is why I made the post... I will have to change shelves

I decided for the Husky for the price of $159 it is larger than the gladiator, I also got some thin boards that ill place over the wire and

some bins and trays to help get things orginized... pick it all up today then... putting it together should be fun. Im going to bolt it to the floor and the wall... just to make sure it does not tip over
