Most people set goals and objectives every year in this hobby. I know our site has had a few threads about it, and most bloggers do a post on it. I didn't do that for 2019. I did such a terrible job in 2018 that I don't even want to review it - all I did was create more projects, more messes, and more headaches for myself when I tried to do anything.
So after thinking about this long and hard, I have resolved for one main goal to help me reach several minor ones. I'm going to attempt to get out one trade proposal and one Pay It Forward each week for the rest of 2019. The trades will hopefully allow me to finish some smaller goals, like the 1988 Fleer set I'm still stalled on, and other such projects.
That being said, I don't expect trade offers to come flooding in. Why? Because most of what I'll be trading is listed in my "Main Collection". My FS/T list is very small and it's actually going to be easier for ME to propose trades to YOU. In addition, I plan on taking the approach of pulling cards, THEN proposing the trade.
So, why the point of this post? I don't know. I figured verbalizing and typing out a goal would make it easier to stick to. Be on the lookout for new trade proposals from me as the year goes on, as well as random mailbox surprises (I can't promise I'll be as overly generous as C2C, but I do already have my first Pay It Forward sealed up and ready). 14 days isn't too late for a New Years Resolution, is it? Everyone have a great Monday!

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.
