I think I covered all the numbers that lead to my PSA account... but regardless this was my first submission before I send in the others to get graded... It did take some time and they have even changed from 15 day to 25 day which is more accurate but look what I have coming back to me... not a bad investment... card was in the last $100.00 collection I bought (about 500,000 cards) I do not know what it is worth but I'm sure its over $100.00 in that collection I found a lot of cards for my PC all the others I will sell or trade but wanted to see how the process is and see if I could pick a PSA 10 out... This is not an ad to sell it but I would like to get some comments on your recent experiences with PSA.. Like is the PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP worth it...if I would only use it for the vouchers (85 day turn around)

Thanks @cl_kyle I could not find any that gave a price on ebay... do you think the PSA Platinum Membership is worth it?? it is 15 vouchers for $250.00 I paid $20 plus $14 for shipping for the Thomas card... I hate the delay (85 + days) for the voucher submissions that is only a $50 savings to have to wait 60 extra days

I'm probably not the person to ask, as I've never purchased a membership. The vouchers should be for the 25-day service level (up to $499 declared value?) IIRC. I actually have a few cards at PSA now, "helping" a buddy use up some of his vouchers. I primarily sub via piggyback with others looking to meet the minimum quantity for bulk subs and haven't needed a membership personally.

They changed the declaired value of the bulk orders to $100 or less... per card....

I joined with a Gold Membership. I not only received Six Vouchers for but a really nice Hardback book telling the History of bats used by 100 different players and a year subscription to their monthly price guide. I was very pleased with my purchase. My vouchers did not determine my turnaround time. My submission did.

So I have question..
If I have a 1980 Topps Ricky Henderson that I feel will get a 9 or 10... I can still only pay the $20.00 regardless of what they grade it at? even though the values could be $300 to $25,000.00..

If a Rickey rookie happens to get a 10, they'll likely contact you on that one and want to charge for the higher service level and let you adjust declared value for return shipping so it's fully insured on the way back. It's a good problem to have.
