Is there any reason that the Topps Tier One Relic cards are listed as the base cards in the database until 2015 when they become listed like all other inserts and there is no base? I have always had problems classifying the Topps sets that have no real base cards (Supreme, Tier One, etc.), and was wondering how the database did so.
