Im pretty new here, so im sure most of you already know about the brick card issue and you all have your own way of getting them apart. But my wonderful wife has found a way to stop it from happening if it hasnt happened already. We all know the cause is heat and/or humidity... so she decided to test her theory and took a set of bricks i had and a few few cards from the same set that were not stuck together. She then put them in a box and rigged up a make shift humidor. She waited a day or so and sure as heck.. poof we had a small brick.  She repeated the process and tossed in a couple of te silica packs... its now been 4 days in a high heat and humidity area and NO BRICKS!

The silica packs, so far, dont reverse the process though. :-(

To reverse the problem, I've read that putting them in the fridge for a few hours works. 

I'm really worried about what I'm going to find when I really dig into my duplicates, which were stored in a storage unit that was not temperature controlled from 2004-2016. The ones in neat stacks seem ok but the ones that slid around on top not so much. I have already found a replacement for one that stuck to a plastic card and got damaged though. Time will tell, I don't expect to go through them fully until 2021 or later.
