I lost close to 50 cards in a trade with him..We had done one small trade which was a success and the next one was larger (50) and I got screwed on that one....So, I think it was a testing the waters and now let's see what I can get away with..Sorry, honest opinion..

If you're having any sort of financial issues, the last thing you need to be doing is trading cards, paying for shipping, etc. Just my opinion though..

I'm not sure if I will ever get back to trading again but if so, I'm going to be ultra cautious because I've had a number of issues with trades in the last 3-4 months..And I will definitely not trade with any newbies until I receive their cards (likewise if you have any negative feedback)....

Seems like a perfect spot for a blocked trader link like E-Bay let's you block bidders. Or a community board where bad traders names could be posted then Admin or maybe a panel could review and determine when someone goes on or comes off.  I'm sure this has been suggested or bantied around before but I got stuff runnin through my large mellon that needs to get out.  

Exactly. This is a hobby. If you are having problems, your hobby and trading should be the first thing to go. Seems like if one can't keep their trades together, can't at least return a message and having a tough time in life; you just may not be living right. We've all had bad things happen to us and still don't end up on one of these posts...

I'm not trying to support cabz05, but I traded cards with him and I didn't have a problem. But as I said I'm not supporting the guy because if he had done the same thing that he's doing with you to me I'd be just as pissed as you are.

As a person that looks for the good in people  I see this and wonder if something happened.  I have a family member that I hope will assist if something happens to me and I am no more.   cabz05 had 3 periods of being a bad trader  and all 3 periods happened in the spring. Like something goes on during that time.

Has not been on here since March 7. Hopefully nothing bad has happened. I think card collectors are an aging group. I'm now in my 50's. I have to start worrying if someone has been ill or passed as I get older when I haven't heard from them. I have started favoring smaller trades and this is one of the reasons. I also like making multipe small trades and getting multiple small packages each week as it feels almost like opening a pack of cards. 

I don't want to start rumors, but sometimes life can get in the way. A former neighbor was gone for about 6 weeks last year. He wouldn't admit to it, but I figured out where he was... His probation officer showed up at my address - not his! I'm not saying that's what happening with this mentioned trader, but it could fit the reason for a prolonged absence from this site.
