Finally !!!!! Thank You Billy, now at least 1 member knows what I'm referring too. Give him a chance.

No disrespect but I really don't know what you guys expect me to do? I sent and he received my cards. I tried and tried to contact him.  I understand life happens butI can't just let this string out forever. As others pointed out he has been on since I messaged him and no reply. If he was able to log on then the least he could have done is reply to my messages and tell m e what is up. I really really hate leaving negative feedback for anyone (even jddavis) but it would not be fair to the rest of the traders here if I didn't give honest feedback when there is a problem.

Just give the appropriate feedback and don't worry. Move on. You won't be wrong in what you say as long as it's factual.

Well I just wanted to say that I have yet to have a single bad trade. In fact they have all been excellent. This is not to say that I have not declined a trade or two because I have. A big thank you to all that I have traded with!

Give him negative feedback and move on. 

I have a strong feeling you will get the cards.  I've actually traded more times with Shawn than any other site member besides my brother .  I always got my cards.  I know he has issues with a nosy landlord/future father-in-law; it's possible Shawn wasn't the one who actually logged onto the site. Not making excuses for him.  This might just be a case where patience is a virtue.

If it gets worked out I will post an updated feedback, That is really all I can do

jmkidd - That is all you can do. You're approaching this the right way - you had a negative experience, which leads to negative feedback.

Just because you leave negative feedback for a member doesn't mean you can't feel for them or be sympathetic to them going through something. It's not a personal attack on them, but rather a reflection of a certain transaction, and I think that's well understood on this site. I do hope that everything with Shawn is going okay, and I think jmkidd feels the same, but just because he's a good guy dealing with some issues does not change the fact that he did not complete his end of the transaction.

Not holding up your end of the transaction = negative feedback. Nothing wrong with that. It's very possible Shawn will resurface in a few months and be able to hold up his end; that seems to happen with him. And when/if that time comes, even if you cannot amend feedback, I'm sure a message to Admin could allow you that option. But for now, leave detailed negative feedback - as others have said, facts cannot be disputed.

And please, please leave negative feedback for jddavis - the more we can get on there that may deter new traders and save one or two before having a bad experience, the better, because if I remember right, this particular user seems to target first time traders for whatever he can.

I will contact him, and let him know what's going on here. You just don't get it, it's not only his mailbox, landlord whatever you think you know. I will also let him know to expect negative ratings. Still don't see why you just don't cut him a break, give him some space. Billy knows, he posted as discreetly as possible.
