A couple things:

1 - The feedback system was something that was added in by request only about 5 years ago. The site was almost 6 years old at that point.

2 - Admin updated it a while later so that the member leaving feedback has 24 hours to amend it once left.

3 - There is no mechanism to refute feedback. I imagine the thought is, if you're that concerned about it, you'll work something out with the person who just laft you bad feedback to make it right (so it can be amended).

But seriously, how hard is it to keep 100% feedback? I was out of work for 3 months in 2016, no negatives. I was travelling for work for 11 months, no negatives. No neutrals either. Communication is key and if you can't trade, don't accept the trade.

I agree with you vroomed. 100% positive feedback is important to me and to a lot of members. And you are correct that communication is the key. I was just more curious about what options the feedback system had. I'm good with it the way it is and I still feel that if you can't ship and you don't communicate the negative is well deserved.

I don’t have 100% positive feedback but many of you know why, and I start each proposal these days with a ‘please wait to receive’ message since trades don’t always make my top daily priority. Looking forward to seeing my feedback move back up. 

I have had 2 trades that had issues. My error I do not verify I still had the cards when I accepted the deal.  With Communication both worked out good for all parties.

Same experience, different sellers. waiting almost 6 months and counting. I am a member of the sportscard scammer fb group. check for his name on those lists and maybe it will give  you piece of mind. Perfect way to be practicing patience. It's a great life skill
