I have a transaction from late May. I have sent the requested cards to him and received his cards. I have marked complete. However he has not logged in since june 1 and has not completed the transaction.
i saw in another post that unfinished transactions are deleted after 90 days. But this not in the unfinished tab. This is in the in progress tab. Should I expect something similar or is there a way to manually fix this transaction via a ticket to admin?
thanks,
Mark

I'm not 100% certain, but I don't believe the "unfinished" criteria applies. I recall a similar situation where the other member vanished for over a year, then returned and marked the trade completed. So I think that's what you'll have to hope for.
Maybe if you shared the ID others may have dealt with him/her and shed some light on the absence.

Isn’t that the same Shawn that gave a lot of us heartburn over his sob stories about his mailman and father in law??? That might explain the disappearance

Yes UNFINISH then it takes 980 for DATABASE to delete it. In 3 years I had this done 3 times. Warning you have to leave it alone or the clock starts all over again.

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards

Well, count your blessings that you received your cards. He had a difficult time coming through with trades, but did have some successful ones, so add yours to the list. Unfortunately, it may be there for some time. Of course, Shawn may have started a new ID which he is wont to do.
