I haven't noticed Hoops retail, but I usually don't shop for retail cards that often.  Now Hoops at the LCS are one of the hottest sellers right now according to the owner.

There were plenty of Hoops fat packs and blaster boxes at Canadian Wal-Mart stores this weekend. I bought ten fat packs and one blaster (388 cards in total) for about fifty bucks less than the price of one hobby box (192 cards). Still 82 cards shy of a comlpete set, but with 118 doubles hopefully I can substantially complete it through trading.

I was able to get some at Target over the weekend.  Was happy that the fat packs were still only 5 bucks considering how expensive the hobby price is this year.  Bought two of them.
