I thought this would be a fun question for folks to answer.
Keep in mind that "most memorable" does not necessarily mean the largest quantity of cards you've ever traded, or highest dollar value of a card that you ever received in a trade, or anything else, really. It's more about the one trade you made here on TCDB that made you feel the best about collecting.
Share your stories here, and keep on trading!

The most memorable for me was the largest, and also one of my first. I listed my cards available in December 2015 (mostly, and may have been 2014, I don't recall). I listed everything, even the very common cards. 1991 Maxx is the most common NASCAR set. Factory sealed boxes sell for about 5 dollars, and I figured anyone who wanted them had them already. I was wrong, they were the first cards to go! Within a few weeks I had four separate trades that saw me send out 1991 Maxx. I had something like 200 of the 240 cards available, now I've got about 30.
The largest trade...and the largest group of 1991 Maxx finding a new home...went to Collect-a-Set. The trade saw over 1000 cards trade hands, the largest trade I had done at the time and second largest I've ever done to this day. Pulling that trade, the first time I had pulled a major trade, was a lot of fun and showed me pretty much instantly that I didn't waste my time listing a bunch of cards nobody wanted.
The largest is one I did with Bobscardz which I ended up getting burned on because I wasn't clear on what I wanted in return, totally on me, I learned a very valuable lesson on that one...be more clear. I sent Bob all my nonsports tradelist, and I got back three good cards in return. So 1200+ for 3 good and about 1190 duplicates and college which I consider crap and haven't even looked at in the years I've had them. It's not Bob's fault and I'm not mad at him in the least, but I am a little mad at myself for not telling him exactly what I want or don't want. That was memorable but not in a good way!
I'm not as active trading as some of the folks on here, but it has made my collection so much better already...and once I finish scanning everything and sorting my duplicates properly...I'm going to have an estimated 70 thousand more cards to list for trade. Will be a few years though, but it's coming. Slowly. (And the dupes I got from Bob will probably be included, hah!)

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. First trade ever on the site (I believe). Gunny and I made a one card trade (soccer). October 22nd 2014. Or 2012, I don't remember the year now. I think I have the first trade and first sale. The trade was with Gunny, the sale was with kvanninger.

Of course Bob hi-lites another post and not in a good way as usual. Billy I thought I sent a huge box of what you wanted and you were happy to unload those non-sports dupes. tu vivas, et disce.
Anyway, I've encountered many great traders and trades. Of course, because I'm slow at trading, I've upset a few members too. Even, as we speak.
My greatest Trader and Trade is still in progress, name witheld, but we have exchanged Priority boxes over and over again. We just work great together! Jay and our "Yankee trades" rate right up there as well.
A shout out to all members though, great site to exchange cards with other collectors.

I guess it would have to be my second TCDB in-person trade on 26 July 2019 at the Highland Park Diner in Rochester, New York. It involved three members; mtc32226, sandyrusty, and myself. We all met up for breakfast, shop talk, and trading. Nothing beats an in-person trade.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

When I think of trades I've made on this site, the first one to pop in my head was with Dan (vrooomed). We made a double-blind trade. I sent him all the Phillies cards I had from his wantlist (around 300) and he sent me all the St. Louis Cardinals cards he had from my wantlist (around 700). That was a fun trade for both of us (pulling cards to send AND going through what we received).
