There seems to be some interest in TCMA sets the last few days. Just a point of information- if you see a MLB logo on the card, or find that the card is significantly different from the rest of the set, these cards are NOT part of the original set. They were issued in "Card Collecting Kits" to be sold at toy stores in the mid- to late-1980s.
I have a friend who is working on a master list of those cards, but as such, they should NOT be included with the original sets.

Dave, great information. We keep getting lots of IRs in asking for "variations" to be added. Are you familiar enough with these sets to help us out with those? If so, drop me a PM and we can discuss how you can be a HUGE help to us! Thanks!

I would have interest in this list of tcma cards as well, as I am working on a type set project of only TCMA

I'd be interested in knowing that info as well as it might pertain to my Uncle's cards that I might not have. Recently discovered this set came in 3 variations. I don't think any cards older than 1978 were reprinted.

If you had to come up with a year to represent when the reprints were printed, would it be 1987?
