Yes, I am Waiting On My Cards from COMC. I placed an order on March 2nd... yeah, great timing. Has anyone else received cards from them since the slowdown? I did ask for & paid for delivery, i.e. the cards aren't being "held" voluntarily.
Meanwhile, from the "hot zone" on other side of the country, Topps managed to fulfill a redemption card order within a week, later in March - a pleasant surprise.

Anyone know if they're getting faster purchase shipping from COMC if they buy off of eBay?

Placed an order on March 26. Just got an email telling me the cards are being packaged with an target ship date of April 17, and an estimated delivery of April 20.

They simply expanded too fast and can't cope with the higher volume, plus their "new" logistics subcontractor and pandemic / shutdown made things just worse.
They started selling cards as a consignator / aggregator, then fulfilled stuff for Upper Deck, then eBay and what else. They seem to have taken a too big bite for their mouth.
By the way, a month was their standard for shipping cards by regular mail via their Canadian address. It took them about a week to prepare the package in Seattle, but it sits there 'til the next weekly trip to Vancouver and it can easily take a half month between the time one placed the order and the time it enters the mail stream in Canada. I guess that things has not improved since my last time with them.

What was your shipping option? I chose economy when I ordered and paid for cards on March 4th. I contacted them, and they replied that they will not allow a change in shipping. I'm kind of impatient to get these cards, because it will complete 12 sets! They stated that they have limited workers because of the pandemic.

Think I picked the "economy rushed" option. The difference in cost for my package was pretty minimal, and I didn't want to wait forever.

They do have a statement on their website about delayed shipping due to COVID-19

There is absolutely no compassion for a mom & pop shop dealing with a pandemic the likes the world has never seen? Even if "trading card shipping" was deemed an essential business in the state of Washington (I have no idea if it was or was not), I can see how getting employees in to come in and pick cards from inventory could be a challenge.
Here are the monsters that are holding your purchases hostage: https://www.comc.com/AboutU. They're probably grown a little bit from the 40 employees that were noted when that was last updated in 2012, but I think these guys are not the very definition of "small business".
