What is the proper name for the copyright info on the back of a card?

The 1994 Action Packed Badge of Honor pins have 2 different locations on the back where the copyright info is. One is the absolute bottom of the pin while the other is about 1/3 up from the bottom. I don't have time right now to scan a sample of each. I just picked up a hoard of these pins, so hopefully I can complete several sets.

I like Dan's suggestion better as it says specifically where the line is. If it just says that it is a VAR of where the copyright line is located, how do I know which I have unless I compare the two? In describing ERR / COR and VAR in Note 2, be specific so that it is obvious to someone else what it is exactly.

While we're talking about the Badge of Honor pins, should these be listed as "inserts and related" under the main Action Packed set as they are? I remember them being a standalone product, so it seems like they should be their own listing, maybe in the Oddball category along side the Action Packed Coastars set.
