I was at my local Walmart yesterday and they had the Topps Baseball Card Value packs (72 cards in a hanger box) from 2012/13/14 on sale for 5.98.  the 2015 were still at the regular price of 9.98.  They were not on the shelf last week so i dont know if this a nationwide thing or if my local store just found some old inventory, though it was interesting they went all the way back to 2012.  They also had some rack packs of Basketball and Hockey on sale for 2.98 from previous years.  Just a heads up to the bargain pack rippers.  They also have some repacks called Gems of the Game for 19.98 that have 3 rack packs, 3 single packs and a graded card in every box.  The one i bought had a 2012 Buster Posey slabbed by BCCG, rack packs of 2007 Topps, 2011 A&G, and 2012 Topps update.  The single packs were Topps 2014 Series 1, Upper Deck 2010, and 2013 Series 2.  You decide if it was worth it.

the gems of the game are awesome but kmart and target have them as well but i just went to my local kmart and they JACKED up all the prices for the boxes -_-
