Now is the time to thank CRAZIE JOE from "THE GREAT WHITE NOPRTH" near Hamilton along the long trip to Toronto, ON from Niagra Fall area. He sent me some needed PHILLIES for my Team set collections.
Now to PIF it to someone else.

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards

Shout out to Royals85 for the Carmelo Anthony bonus card in our trade.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I received an unexpected and unannounced envelope in the mail yesterday. A shoutout and many thanks to NJDevils for adding to my Royals collection. (Inching closer to my 2018 goal of reaching 15,000 Royals cards.) Thank you Joe, that was very kind and generous of you.

Big thanks to c2cigars for a card in a card. That card, a Veterans Day Card, thanking me for my military service (4 years, regular Navy) included a real nice 1967 Topps Dick Hall card for my Phillies teamset collection! Great card, greatly appreciated! Thanks, Chuck, and thanks to all the other vets out there! John

A generous member
you might not know
I’ll tell you this
it starts 8-6-Oh
More than a few
he sent me some
NFL football cards
of my college alum
Others have guessed
some of them knew
So let me finish
it ends 5-Oh-two
