what if he/she/it isnt?
Succession planning is a process for identifying and developing new leaders who can replace old leaders when they leave, retire or die.
If admin gets hit by a bus tonight what will happen to this site? Does it become a zombie or does someone else have the credentials so that they can pick up the pieces? I am not volunteering to become admin 2.0 but we are all mortal. Just curious...

I vote for the guy with the Jordan jersey card. He showed a lot of good leadership traits.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

They are not allowed to leave, retire or die. I think it's in the secret forum rules.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Yes, in fact I do enjoy changing my avatar. Soon, it will be baseball season...
You don't remember the x-acto knife "die-cut" jersey card with the clearly brown cardboard sandwiched between two actual cards?
I wonder where that kid got to?

I have thought about this many times and have mentioned it privately to several members. Tens of thousands of hours of work down the drain.
