Dan,
Yay - a scan! One step at a time, have to work out my own sysem that works for me. Don't know about using Photoscape, seems like my Epson scanner sends scans right to my picture file and I just pick and choose from there....bingo on TCDB! My only problem was the crop button on TCDB, guess it worked.
Until I get a good feel, What scans were approved? and which were rejected? That would help me.
Your patience is much appreciated, ~BOB~

Under Account at the bottom of every page, there's a link for Queue. Go there, and that should show you the rejected ones and the reasons. Approved ones just go to the card's page. Additionally, (it's been a while, so I don't know) by getting a card approved, it may remove the rejected entries of the same image from your queue. I don't remember now, it's been more than 4 years since I had to check my queue.

I have some questions about this. I just started scanning the cards in my collection that are not already up here.
What do the different colors mean in your queue?
What does it mean when a card says Reviewed?

Reviewed means some one looked at it and thought it was good "as is", no cropping needed.
Cropped means someone ewent in, cropped it, and it should be ready for "approval".
Any yellow means it's been rejected, and should say why.

One more. A few of my rarer cards are slabbed. Should I just not bother with trying to get them scaned or will they show up through the plastic?

Depends on your editing software mine usually look blurry or fuzzy depending on the Case thickness. Also scratches on the case can be hard to remove without altering the card image.

That's that whole discussion on type of scanner as to whether to scan the slabbed stuff or not.

I have found the scanner is pretty good, but the guy using it is lacking.

Slabs were a no. They came out blurry.
What do I do if I know I summited a bad card to get it deleted?
In this case I summited the wrong card a Ripken for a Frank Thomas from the same set. As soon as I noticed I labeled the card as wrong card, but don't know how to delete it.
