Recently I have not been able to carry over a checklist to a parallel checklist in the same set. When I go to submit a checklist it only gives me the option to upload a file (Excel/XML), add a text file or add to queue. I know that some people are not able to add a sample image, I am having that problem too, has anyone had the issue with not being able to swing over the checklist to a parallel?

Yes to both checklists and sample choosing.

I had a MAJOR glitch with the checklist for the 2017-18 Panini Instant NBA Playoffs set, still waiting to hear back from Admin.

I have had problems with adding Sample cards quite a bit lately too. I stopped doing the "copy a checklist" thing many months ago so I can't help there.
