I stumbled across a new item in the "Things To Do" section. I recently made a suggestion about sorting checklists by last name instead of the first letter in the field. I got a response that it was in a new section named "New Feature Tracker". Please check it out and vote for new features you would like to see her on TCDB. And maybe suggest some new items admin might put on the list.

I checked it out. I wonder how you can get something on the tracking list if it's not already there. I so much would like some way of adentifying active members. So many times I am looking for a trade partner in a deal and when the list pops up of members with something wanted or for sale/trade when I click on the user they haven't been on the site since 2015. Why can't the site highlight something like members who have been on the site in the last 30 days? It would save a ton of time in matching potential trade partners.

Yes it is quite new. I learned of it on Sunday. Great place to offer suggestions on what you would like to see on the site. Or suggested changes.

I think Admin added this on Sunday at some point in the day. I had e-mailed a suggestion and was greeted with an e-mail response to check it out. I was figuring Admin would make the announcement soon enough in the "Things To Do" thread.

BSwagger - you do know that when you go to amember's profile page it shows the last log in date, right? Plus, if you're in the member directory, it has a special icon to indicate that they have logged in within the last 30 datys - AND there is a filter at the top where you can select to see ONLY those members who have logged on in the:

• Last 30 days
• Last 60 days
• Last 6 months
• Last 1 year

Not sure what else Admin can do for you on this one.

I am aware that the profile page shows last logged in, and filter in the directory by time logged in, but.....

when I am looking at a card on my want list (or have a stack of extras in hand looking to see who needs), I would like to have the same filter option to not even show someone's inventory or want list if they have not logged in for a long time.  if there were such a filter or setting, I would never even land on the profile page of an inactive member while searching for a specific card..

perhaps that is what bswagger was thinking (or not), but that is a frustrating area for me so I thought I would share the info..

Oh that's cool. I just submitted two more of my own. Don't know how they show up, as they didn't yet. I suspect only Admin can make them show up. 

i agree with MZ.. thats the part that drives me crazy at times. you surfing through various cards or on a wantlist and only to find out the person who has it hasn't logged on in 30+ days. be nice to have a symbol like * or a + next to thier name if they have logged on in the last 3 days or so

Keep checking back for added new features. Click the "not rated' link and the date submitted is listed on the right side. I found a new one named Birthplace Fields When Creating a New Name. Keep sending admin your ideas!

I love it! This way the masses can see what's being suggested and considered. I submitted something that is found there - Nine Card Layout Option on Galleries. Basically I expressed that I'd like for TCDB to use technology already being used elsewhere to be included in the Gallery feature to assist in among other things putting cards in binders based on not only the collection, but the Want List and In-Transit lists. I envision the color coding system used as it is now to distinguish the collection and show it on the Gallery that way.
