Is there a way to have a summary of you collection so when you look at your collection you don't see every single card listed separately?  For example, I have over 100 1981 Topps Rickey Hendersons, is there a way to show them all on one line as a summary verse seeing 100 lines of the same card?

This is why I don't list every double I have.

One way this may be resolved is if the Comments field becomes viewable in our listings. Instead of entering every single multiple, you could enter one with the comment of how many you actually have. It would not show up in your collection totals though.

Since I am still entering my Main Collection which is my personal collection, I list every duplicate I have and use the comment field to record where the card is physically located and also list any shortcomings with the card like stained or off center of some such thing.

Hmm, bummer.  I am trying to catalog my entire collection so I will have to figure out how best to work around the system.

Also is there a way to list complete sets in the summary without listing every card in the set?

I offered this suggestion to someone privately the other day, and it could work well for older (non-serial numbered cards, such as your 1981 Hendersons), use the Serial Number field to show how many of a particular card you have. This shows in the collection summary (unlike the Comment field, albeit with a # in front).

B Carlson, there is a added feature that has been proposed to add a hand collated set listing capability in addition to the new factory set capability that already exists.  Go in and vote for it so it happens!
