What's up with all the arrows and stuff? Was this there a while and I missed the introduction?

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster. |

I've noticed it on a few pages, today I noticed it on the Things To Do page. It almost looks like its made more for mobile, but I do like the option added to go to the bottom of the page.

I've also noticed a few differences on my laptop the past couple of days. Looks like Admin is slowly testing a new layout, color scheme and/or something else. I also noticed that the Top-100 teaser on the main page looked a bit different tonight, so I clicked the link. It's not a big change, but one that caught my eye. I can't wait to see what is coming up from TCDB.
