I have not explored this option yet. But now that i see what it does, it may change my world significantly!
I should have noted on my reply that I only use my method when entering a new set to my list collection. I'd create a world of problems for myself if I did that with an existing set, lol.

If I'm adding cards to a set in which I already have cards entered, I use the method irish77 mentioned. I should mention that I don't use the multiple collections feature so I can't provide an opinion on that method.
This is the fastest method I have found. It works VERY well for me, but your mileage may vary. Here's a step-by-step:
1.Go to the “Collection Summary” page and select “Add Multiples"
2. Use the “Add to:” drop-down menu to select where you want to add the new cards.
3. Use the drop-down menu to select the number of cards you want to add
4. Once you’ve added all the cards you want to add on a given page select “ADD” at the bottom of the page. Note: you must select “ADD” before moving on to the next page.
