Does anyone know how often inventory updates? I just entered "package sent" on a transaction, yet cards have not moved to "in transaction", or "in transit yet". I ask because I just recieved another offer for a card that was in the aforementioned trade, and it is showing up as "for sale - trade".

Are you sure you didn't hit payment sent by mistake. I have done that before

It's an immediate update using the transaction tools. I agree with HJ, it may have been operator error.

I wish that were the case. I have made 300+ trades. On this one, it had been as "accepted". I pulled the cards, boxed them up for shipping, entered "package sent" and update, and all cards still show listed as "for sale - trade".

Then send the Transaction # and information to Admin in an email for him to look at it.

One thing I've learned that helps me with Admin requests is giving him visuals, so I'd take a screenshot and send it along with the email.

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards

Now I have another trade where this is happening again. I know most are thinking, "well, he must not be following the procedure correctly". I would think that too, but I have 300+ trades completed, and this problem just pops up now and then. I have zero confidence that my data base inventory is correct now, and will be turning away trade offers because I don't want to agree to something that it turns out I don't have. Admin made a suggestion, about changing the status of the trade and going back to "package sent" again, but that resulted in no change. Very frustrated.

You can double check everything went smoothly, but only after the trade is marked complete by both sides. On the completed trade page there is a button labelled check inventory or something like that. It will show everything that was moved
