There are several requests for new features to improve the matching system.   

The report    Items on your Wantlist that match items on other members' For Sale / Trade lists   use to show only the sets that had matches for you but due to an update things were changed.  Now it shows all sets that are on your want list .  Then you click on that set and it informs you that there is no matches.   Admin told me he would try to get to back to what it was but may take some time.

Last Oct I made a list of all the matches for cards I need  97 total.  Out of the 97 there was 54 of them the members were not active.    8  offfers were made and with drawn because of no replies.   10 members were only selling. (way to high for me)   2 members I could not work out a trade with.     I send messages (several each)  to 15 members  No replies.     That left only 8 other trades that worked out.      I'm really thankful that more members have added a lot more cards that I need so I can keep trading here.

Yes it was a lot of work and have not done it again.

budler, yours is a very limited want list because of your collection so you really don't have much option than to explore all avenues.I know the frustration when you ask and there isn't even a courtesy of a reply.  I wish I had some you needed as I hoped to send you something but our collections differ too greatly for finding common ground.

I like the notification feature when new matches to my want and FS/FT lists occur. 

However, I think it would be a helpful feature to be have the ability to identify potential trading partners by searching both lists simultaneously.  Maybe something that results in a list of the other users with the most mutual matches?

OK  you may want to go to the  Things to do  (below) and click on it  then down to New feature tradker and go through them a look for the following 2 features and rate them to the top  and add your commmets .   You can look and see if there are any others that may help.

There's a New Feature that was proposed back in January 2019 that seems to provide this option.
