Composing a Trade can be a very slow, laborous task. I usually have to keep multiple windows open to see various Wantlists, Trade lists, Match results. Various possibilities for steamlining usually pop into my head. Here's one idea (or something like it) that would make it easier.
When "Composing" a trade, one possibility is to add cards to the trade proposal directly from the Match results. Maybe check boxes next to the cards and a dropdown menu to pick which Trade ID # to add them to.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

C2, I think all traders on this site will whole-heartedly agree with you that this is one area that needs to be improved. I think your suggestion would work to save the time we all have felt frustrated over in composing a trade. Admin, can you do more magic?

?Cigars does it again......ANYTHING to revamp the trade process is welome. Not only is it a long tedious process but if it is not followed exactly, cards get lost in-transit [just happened to me, 100+ cards just disappeared] I'm not trying to be a site transaction naysayer, but I find direct contact with a member, then work out a trade and ship-- works well. True cards aren't auto transferred but neither did my cards mentioned above.
?True, ADMIN has performed some magic recently....maybe taking a look is a good ides

I do like the new interface, but I would also like the drop down to have an option to show "all" like the old way. Thank you for the constant improvements and I hope the suggestion above gets traction.
Thanks,
Dan

I would agree that proposing a large trade is very time consuming. It would also be nice somehow to see when composing a trade if you already have that card or cards in a pending transaction. Asking too much?

<groaning> that's happened to me twice. Now I only do one trade at a time.

Me too. Once. I haven't made a trade since. Embarrassing to have to explain to the second guy, but he was cool about it because he hadn't mailed his stuff yet.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
